New at this and would like help.

This is a very peculiar persons chart. Extremely secretive and manipulative. Is there anything in this chart that sticks out? I've read Neptune in 1st can indicate compulsive liars, which I feel to be accurate. This person lies for no apparent reason, at least no reason I can see. I know 12th house indicates an introvert and more secretive matters. This person has apparently cheated on all of his GF's and has a very hard time in relationships. Can anyone with more experience read this and give me more in-depth insight? Personal experience is great!
