Awww thanks for that I feel like this is me 100% because I am always worrying about things to the point of overthinking. I seriously need to learn how to take a breathier. I do have a hard time controlling my emotions and sometimes feel as though they are out of my control. I read that basically it's either our way or the wrong way and that's so true. I am not too sure on the not being flexible part but then again I am not that patient with people most of the time. Basically from what I read we need to take a chill pill time to time and maybe even take a vacation from life whenever it starts getting stressful.
