Acne prone skin is difficult to manage. I have this kind of skin which makes me feel so terrible. I have tried different kinds of strategies and products to clear my skin and prevent the acne from coming back. They said that it is in my genes and it is hereditary. To totally get rid of this acne is to kill the bacteria and unclog the pores that cause the acne and pimples. Basic steps to keep the skin healthy is cleansing, toning and moisturizing. But in addition to these basic steps I need to use antibacterial solution and cream to dry the acne. My skin becomes clearer and the acne is controlled from coming back.

It's your diet. Dermatology is all a business and anyone that actually delves into this quicksand sinks pretty badly. The acne treatments like benzoyl peroxide, salcylic acid, accutane, mynocycline, tetracycline, Retin A and their likes will get you temporary relief from acne, but will screw you over in the long run. I am actually blessed with nice skin, but around my period time I get one or two pimples here and there. As someone who is not used to breaking out, when I did break out during period time, I panicked and went to the dermatologist and they so gladly took me in. Put me on benzoyl peroxide and then salcylic acid. I didn't need this for my one or two pimples, but they gave it to me and it further dried out my skin and that made me break out even more. As a result, I got prescribed to Retin A, which temporary stopped the problem until my acne got immune to it. Retin A rendered my skin extremely dry and sensitve to the point that every single moisturizer afterwards clogged my skin. It's stupid dermatology treatments that screwed me over.

Then I learned about naturally treating it and I found out how to balance my hormones naturally via hemp seed oil and cutting out milk and white bread(sugar) from my diet.

Let's do some face mapping and find out where you break out to fix the problem internally.

You got on ACCUTANE for something that minor?

I'm shocked you were prescribed that.

No, no! I was never prescribed Accutane. I was prescribed a higher level of benzoyl peroxide for the 3 pimples that I got. It overdried my skin and I broke out even more and then he shifted me to Retin A, which did all the damage for me.
