If you have to eat subway I think honey wheat and oat bread, lightly toasted, with pepper jack cheese, egg whites, spinach tomatoes, red onions, salt & pepper is the best choice. Light without any mayo or mustard and the tomatoes add enough juice to not make it too dry. Much tastier than you would think.
