The Twin Thing

One of the people in my Social Group is a Gemini
He is one of the most strangely intriguing people ive ever met!
He can look you right in the eyes and isnt listening to a word youre saying!!
One thing ive noticed is his knack of suddenly going off on a different subject midway thru a conversation and completely forgetting what we were talking about!!
He also has a certain look as if he's constantly analysing me, which does make me a little uncomfortable around him.
Although he can laugh and chat with the best of them, there is still something very aloof about him.
Excellent sense of humour though, although i notice we have very different opinions about almost everything.
Yes, not sure if those are typical Gemini Traits but he is one "Very Interesting Person"

Yes, all those are Gem traits, I myself love to analyse situations and it is usually out of a mere curiosity since I may not really care about what is going on but that won't stop my curiosity because knowing a little about any subject is good enough for a Gem.

That does seem to confuse people I know because to them it may seem that I don't care about them or what others think about me. But all that is going on is that I have analysed them and have figured them out so I'm not curious about them any longer.

Being aloof comes after the curiosity is satisfied and if a Gem is bored we can't hide it.

IT NEVER STOPS!!!!!!!!!! this is what we do... constantly. about anything....

Imagine being being in a garden... all the different flowers everywhere... we see one, very interested... we try to see how it was created, how the colors blend together, where it's located and notice another flower... investigate it, how was it designed, the different lines, how it tilts to the side, oh look... there's another flower next to it that has the oddest leaves.... and so on.. and so on..and so on...

Its wierd!
He's the only Gemini i know, and the "Only" person I dont feel relaxed or comfortable with. Like im always on my guard.

Learned that from my Gem friends - love it! Works like a charm - especially at work.

It not really different opinions with Gems, just analysing several POVs at the same time - bet if you asked him next time, the opinion's shifted.

Don't be uncomfortable - they try their bests to make people relaxed at social events - very similar to Libra.

And those were definitely all Gem traits. Especially looking at someone and not listening LMAO. I do that in class all the time. My professors praise me for being so attentive, especially since I can bullsh!+ my way out of anything if I'm ever called on.

My mind is always going with a thousand things, so sometimes I don't realize I've changed the subject until someone blatantly points it out like, "Wtf, how did we start talking about this?" My Aries ex and I used to flow through topics like it was nobody's business. One day he said, "Man, this is why I love you. We can go from talking about war, to love, to paper bags." LMAO. So we don't do it on purpose, because if I'm bored with a conversation I really just won't speak, it's when you get me engaged and changing topics that you've got a hook on me! Lol.

Its like every single word im saying, hes analysing and he has a look that almost makes me feel as if im lying or making it up!
The "conversation" thing is quite funny
We'll be talking about something, and hell just make a comment that has nothing whatsoever to do with what we were discussing, with a straight face, as if we never discussed it LOL
But by far the most obvious thing is the "Analysing Look" its definately the eyes, theyre quite intense.
Sorry, i cant be any more specific than that.

Ok I think I get it. If I'm doing that to someone it usually means I'm very interested in them. If I say something totally not related to the topic then it's probably cuz I'm nervous, but that's just me. Gems are very intense/emotional people.

I over analyze everything to death ~ I'm always inside of my head. One psychic told me that I need to be at peace with myself because there is always a struggle going on in my mind....like I don't even need to leave my house to find a fight LMAO

Well, thats encouraging i suppose. If he makes me feel like im lying, it could mean hes interested in what im saying LOL

I am very jealous of this Gem's trait - "Looking you straight in the eye and act as if you know what they're talking about"!

I have now encountered yet a 3rd male Gem in a year - A FRIEND ONLY OF COURSE! It's amazing that I've met my match in witty convo! I too feel like I'm always on guard making sure I get the last snappy comment in...Why?? I don't know?

They're air so you won't get an expressive or emotional reaction - but they're aware and analysing - never forget that 🙂

Also, they don't do witty convo to be right or wrong usually (it's mutable so not much ego), they're eternal students/teachers...they like to make you think while learning too - it's an air sign disposition.
