I think would be a good time for him to take office. With all his talk of change and hope if he actually manages to bring about change and change the landscape in US politics then more power to him. Honest opinion? Georgia fucked up. People try to make it look like Big bad Russia fucked with the territorial integrity of a sovereign nation, but in all honesty, South Ossetia is part of Georgia only on paper. The people of S. Ossetia never wanted to be part of Georgia, and the reason Russian soldiers were there in the first place is because Georgia tried to forcefully annex it when the USSR fell, and Russia tried to bring about a peace-treaty. That said, I hope a peaceful resolution is just around the corner.
