I enjoy our sex but...it could be better, something is missing i mean...i just somehow cannot connect with him in sex anymore. (not sure on his end) but its all an act. With his sun, and your sun and rising, in air, it must be one big brainfest in the bedroom. Geminis can try to think their way through sex, which isn't very effective. It's about FEELING, not THINKING, but this might not be immediately obvious to a Gem. Do something to pull him out of his head and into his body before you have sex. Even if his body is having sex, his mind might be on the other side of the planet racing a million miles per hour. If you're having quickies, his mind may not have time to settle down, so take your time and use lots of touching to help him focus on the physical rather than the mental. I don't know if it's a guy thing or a gemini thing, but I see sex as totally separate from romance. It's a complete physical act to me and the more impersonal the better. That doesn't mean i'll have sex with any girl. I have to connect mentally and intellectually with the girl, but in the act its like I dont even know the person, its a total mind switch. The more the girl talks about romance/love and gets personal the more turned off I get.

But I dont mind the love/romance connectedness before and after sex, just not during.

It might just be a guy thing I dont know.

I don't know if other air signs feel this way, but I need an extremely sensual man to turn me on during sex. I'm very in my head, so he needs to not be. If he can't feel it himself, them I can't feel it. If a guy isn't sensual, I can only trick myself into enjoying sex for so long.

I am a Gemini woman and I don't know if the same holds true to other Geminis (inclding men) but like others said if I am not there mentally then it just wont work for me. I have been intimate with a Virgo, a Leo and a Libra. The Virgo was way too traditional for me in bed and couldnt ever let go enough to get a little freaky. In fact he recoiled at my suggestions and they were pretty tame in my opinion. So I just had to disengage mentally during our marital sex. The Leo was an excellent lover. Although he started off seeming very traditional, he was very open to letting go and getting a bit wild. In fact I rarely had to retreat mentally during sex with him. The Libra could actually get me there mentally with just his words but when it came time to follow through in bed it wasn't as good as the verbal lead up. I realized I wasnt a typical girl about sex. I don't need to cuddle before or afterwards, in fact I would prefer to roll over and go to sleep actually. Like others said, I don't really want romance and lovey dovey stuff when it comes to sex...just give me spice and excitement so I don't have to retreat mentally.
