what is it in geminis...

well what is it in us gems that makes our guys so possessive and jealous all the time? when i was dating a scorpio guy he would always tell me that i was a big flirt and he he said he couldnt stand it. well he didnt thats why he had an intimate relationship with another girl without my knowing! and to think that i was loyal to him!

I cannot see a Scorp and a Gem together for very long. Their personalities are just too different. A Gemini is a fun loving, very sociable, kind and giving person. A Scorp is a very private, usually introverted, homely type. These two could never be truelly happy.. I don't think. The Gem will back down and the Scorp will eventually kill the Gemini's spirit...Not good..

I agree, I think Gems make better friends, or one-night-stand-type lovers for us Scorps. Our personalities are fundamentally different in major ways--and the Scorp's sting will come out full force toward the unsuspecting Gem who was just "having fun" or being friendly" or "social". What seems insignificant to the Gem. is significant to the Scorp, and vice/versa. Totally different worlds, unless there are strong planetary placements that influence this relationship in either partners' chart. Gems at a certain point irritate Scorps, when these differencs surface, and vice/versa.

P.S. Sorry to hear about your scorp guy; I'm surprised he did that without any real evidence ot support his suspicions.

Can you explain like you said about geminis that they irritate scorpios I would like to know how before I go too far with the scorpios that I know?
All I know I am most of the time open to my scorps and share many things with them.
I dont know how is it for scorpios and what do you actually like about geminis if you have ever met one or dealt with one in your life before? I'de like to know your true opinion at least that will help me to be more cautious before I get a sting in my heart..

Well, there are actually lots of things Scorpios like about Geminis. We like that you're fun, lively, good conversationalists, have outgoing natures, and are so generally "sparkly", if you know what I mean. We like that you lighten us up!

Where it starts to get hazy is when the Scorpio feels that the Gemini isn't taking them seriously enough about certain matters. Sometimes we get upset about that, because fundamentally Scorps are far more "emotional" creatures and need to feel that YOU are taking us seriously when the situation calls for it. I guess having too carefree of an attitude about everything is something that confuses us and sometimes bothers us.

I sort of see Geminis as "thinkers" as opposed to Scorpio who are "feelers". Any friendship or relationship between a Gem/Scorp would be benefitted by the Scorp making an effort to not take everything the Gem sys personally or be offended by their "cool" attitude...while the Gem should make an effort to recognize that the Scorpio is more emotional than they let on, and can be hurt rather easily even if they never make it obvious to the Gem. If both parties compromise, it will be a great balance! I am so impressed with you as a human being that you have the desire to better your relationships with people who operate differently than you; that shows a great humanitarian aspect to your character. I wish there were more people like you, who were willing to compromise and learn about others!! Rock on!

P.S. Yes, the phoenix is a bird in mythology who rises from it's ashes (symbol of overcoming hardship, even death)...you should read up on it, it's an interesting story : )

I just wanted to say that I agree what you have said on scorpio and gemini if they both comprise and be open with each other things turn out quite good and fullfeeling for both but if they hide things arguments will arise.
But generally its a good combination in most ways I think.

chillingem (sorry if I spelled that wrong): no problem, and you take care as well. I agree, scorps/gems go well together with minimal compromise form both sides (compromising is ften easier said than done however, which is probably why this pair often doesn't work).
