Cant upload pictures on here

Do you have to be a member for a certain time period before you can upload pics of yourself?

Whenever I try to upload photos, it says upload successful and then it shows I have no photos on the next screen.

Anyone else have this problem?

nope u dont have to,just go to settings-my images-upload new image....i heard the pic must be a jpg or smaller to fit or else it wont upload
