I don't know, it's just been that way. Maybe feeling inadequate as a result of some situations. Searching for fun and excitement, and finding disappointment. Feeling as though I lack discipline.
This is just baby steps talk but it works tremendously......every nite banini just before you go to sleep you list in your mind 15 positive things you done during the day...eg. it might be just like washing your hair, taking your vitamins, receiving or making a nice phonecall to a pal.....no matter how mundane just list them in your mind...then you think of 5 things that you look forward to the following day e.g you are meeing a pal for lunch, you will take a shower, you will pay a bill!!!! yeah all positive stuff.....I am talking from my counselling days.....and the days I had to live this stuff when I was in the pits of depression.........it works, no matter how simple it may seem:-)
So one of your positive things for tonite might be...I was able to express on the DXP board just how my confidence has fallen........see:-) chin up my pal.
It was even noted in my review at work. My whole life seems to be lacking as a result.
