therapy is therapeautic so if you think you need it then go for it. FYI if you stop focusing what isn't working, what you don't like about life or about yourself then life would seem just a whee bit better. Focus on whats good about life and whats good about you and maybe just maybe you won't need it.

oooooooh good advice!! I was asking my friend at work if her leo husband whines and what does she do, she was like yeah he whines but I tune him out.

*taking notes*

sit on face....I like that hehe

I never noticed that he gets a little whiney up until now, he hid it (i guess) but now he's becoming comfortable and now he's a little whiney LOL!!

when he first started it was a little unnerving b/c he was so gaurded and has a really strong personality, I could feel my heart drop and I'm like oh lawd here he goes but I understand its part of his personality, not going to try and change it,

sometimes his pride has been wounded by a friend or loved one (someone he thinks highly of) and he comes to me to be soothed, didn't know what to do at first but then I noticed if I give a few good observational praises about his personality etc he's all chipper again, for the most part I ignore it if he's being a big baby for nothing but if he's going thru his life issues I got his back, just depends on what he's being whiney about,if its trivial I let him deal with it but if he's clearly distressed b/c someone made him feel bad about himself I pick up the pace and throw in some regal praise which seems to uplift his spirits.

thanks chocolate!!

nice thing about leos, they never stay sad or dwell in a funk for long periods of time, lifes way too much for a leo to stay that way, jus gotta throw some real lurve in the pot and the sun shines once again.

I do need to have fun. Right now the thing I enjoy the most is working at IKEA, but they cut back my hours this week. I also enjoy writing music, but I hate doing it when I feel depressed about other things. Comedy has been a downer lately too. All the clubs are boring and don't play music that I like, and they seem to be filled with people who only care about, that thing that thing that thiiiing. Well, thats not true, I just need to venture out and see more clubs. Some fellow comedians suggested I start my own open mic, so I might do that.

What kinds of things should I be doing to enjoy my youngness anyway?

Banini😄o you guys think I need it? I'm beginning to wonder.

the very fact that you question your own sanity makes one want to say your either fine, or off your rocker! lol You're fine; we all go through periods of questioning our sanity/reality; just means things are changing, and you are/must along with them. cut it out already! hell if anyone should go to therapy it's me, and I've already been! It's a blast, if you mind getting 'shrink-wrapped' but you're banini, and I'm VE lol 😛 If you think it's something you have to do, than do it; NO ONE can tell you that you HAVE to go to therapy. It's for your own benefit, and your personal discovery, not anyone elses....
