great advice proverbs and so true..especially the banging the head part and stroking his ego afterwards and being possessive.....possessive behavior will not work with leo's.

Oh my, you hit the nail on the head! thats the realest thing I have heard a leo male say on this board, so I would suggest to any woman dating a leo get as much information/help as you can to understand your man if your not a fire sign.

I wouldn't be with him if I hadn't been able to get an understanding of the leo psyche which I can give credit to other fire signs who extended knowledge, I was completely baffled and befuddled in the beginning.

Leo's are not malicious by nature but you will definitely question a leo's behavior/intentions. The most effective way to be with a leo is to be confident and don't be too weak, vulnerable yes (will make leo melt) weak no, meaning don't be too insecure/jealous/possessive, be confident no matter whats going on, stand tall and stand your ground, don't allow him to over talk and bully when things get tense. He will respect your strength

Think of it as a game of poker, always have your poker game face on, I find that it matches my leo's energy when it comes to what I call mind games, in actuality it's his way of being (so no it's not a game to him) but because thats not my natural way of communicating I call it games.

Not really .. not really sure any sign is a good match for Pisces.

Because we exist within our environment .. this makes us way too impressionable/adaptable and because Leo's are so self-centered, that eventually, the Fish will come to feel like they giving nature is being taken advantage of.

princess .. it would depend on where your moon is. If it's in Pisces, then you should steer clear of Leo's.

On the other hand .. Pisces like to feel "protected" and the Lion seems to fit this bill.

Pisces lives inside the illusion of love, and not it, itself.

In here lies most problems and why this could actually work.

These over dramatic episodes in which you refer aren't situations that are intended to be dramatic at all, rather, once we come out of our "fantasy", and reality hits us over the head .. we then react, which comes out emotionally. And since it doesn't coincide with the severity of the episode, rather, our eyes have opened at random times, it will appear as though we are over-reacting.

The other side is .. Leo doesn't really care, so long as they get attention and loyalty. So, in reality (if there is such a thing for the Fish), the Lion would likely prefer that we are delusional because while we are being maintained within this illusion, we are unable to actually see your flaws.

How's that? You want more?

Ok, Leo is too superficial for us .. for in the theory above (which is the truth, whether Pisces realizes it or not .. usually not), once we are pulled back to the ground, we will at that time comprehend that your interest in us is for control/domination to suit your ego's and not really for our benefit or well-being at all.

However, because most of our reality exists within this illusion, we actually need (whether we realize it or not .. usually not) a person to whom understands this and will protect us because it makes us vulnerable and susceptible to being victimized.

The ultimate reality is .. we probably actually need the qualities of each other .. you need someone to whom would trust you supremely (we would if we were protected), and we need this protection.

Oh yeah .. not in these words, but, this was 28 years ago. He's been married to one of my very good friends for nearly 3 decades, so, he knows me pretty damn well. Just talked to him on the phone yesterday .. he had a book he wanted me to buy, "How to Heal Your Life".

He knows me better than my husband does **sighs** .. that's sad.

This here Piscean female woke up from her delusion many moons ago, and that is the reason why I know that the Fish lives primarily within an altered state of reality. I'm also fully aware that the majority of Pisces have absolutely no clue that their realities are tilted in comparison to everybody else and often defy my assertions which I know to be true. Because my spirit consciousness is awake to the truth, this enables me to be able to speak objectively about the Piscean flaws without it injuring my self-worth as to who I am.

In so waking up, I fully realize that sex is a human condition, stemming directly from our ego's .. which I don't embrace willingly. And if I do slip .. I will quickly correct this, once I've realized that as a human, I erred and let my ego consciousness rule me.

No ego strokes will come from me. If I mention about past experiences, such as I had on the Pisces board about a prior sexual experience with a male Lion, that is speaking about an event, and no indication of any kind of desire .. especially not sexually, since I've been celebate for years, by choice.

Not sensitive at all, I'll talk about it all day long .. just didn't want you to think that sex is something I think about in terms of desire, because there isn't any.

Yes, with my Leo friend, we have good communication because we can both be candid with each other. In fact, he and I spend more time talking than I do with his wife (my friend). We can shoot straight and neither gets offended. With the women, though, this is an issue. Thier skin is too thin for my directness, and inevitably, they get insulted.
