Are Aqua's really are best match?

I am talking to an Aqua guy, and the attraction is so strong between both of us...but everything I read says that we are eachother's best match...how is this possible when Aqua's seem so emotionally detached? I really like this guy, but he is so closed off, he's scared of being in a relationship...I feel like he has a constant protective shield around him! The S...X is amazing, the night is always amazing, but then next day- or any other time we hang out, he is so unaffectionate! IT's like everytime we make out it's like the first time, he's still so shy, never holds my hand or touches me unless it leads to something else...Me being a libra just wants to completely be affectionate with him, but I find myself holding back and not being myself just because of the way he is...So can anyone tell me how a libra is supposed to make something work with an unemotional aqua!!!? Just doesn't make sense...do we just have to take control, and be ourselves with them...are they supposed to come around? HE is the sweetest guy, just emotionally handicapped I think!
