Do Libra's Keep Secrets?

I know a Libra who is an acquaintance and he knows that I was going through a rough patch with my significant other. He told me that I could confide in him and what I say will stay between us. On the other hand a close friend of his says that when he drinks he has loose lips and that he lies a lot. Just curious because he really seems genuine...

Never tell anything that you have a problem repeating. For the most part Libra's can hold secrets but in this case you dont want anything being used against you later!
