I woke up today totally freaked out lol second night in a row i dreamed of my most recent ex, it wasn't that serious, dated for 5 months, i found him texting someone else, i broke up with him, moved on, there is no communication at all, haven't thought about him until i had these weird dreams... What's up with my crazy subconscious mind!!!!! :-/
Dreaming about my ex

I did this mental exercise a while back where I'd zone in on thoughts of the day and realised whatever I talked about or thought about would manifest itself into the dream. Maybe it's just a passing thought unless it's recurring.
Although I have a massive book called "Dream decoder" 😄 let me look it up.

That's what is freaking me out, I swear I have totally forgot about the guy until the dreams...
Not at all lol that was the easiest breakup of my life, I wasn't in love with this guy and there were so many things wrong with him that it was a no brainer, I dated this guy right after ending things with my Virgo which was very very painful so I feel bad to admit it but he was almost a rebound... like I said i don't think about him wich make dreaming about this guy 2 nights in a row very weird... Maybe because I have been seen a lot of posts here about cheaters... Who knows.. :-/
Ahhhhh Leeeebra thank you :-) No longer afraid of going to sleep
**sighs of relief**
Good night! :-P

Ive read something about this : if you dream of a specific person that person was constantly thinking about you and his subconscious mind send a message to your subconscious mind that is why you dream about them, and there is a disclosure that it is a FACT.
I just can't remember the Title of the psychology book 😢
