Unhappily in love
Now about abandonment issues, I don't know...But he has not been in a relationship for the last six years. He has told me this himself.

Sulk and whine to his friends. And rope his friends in to help him. Advice, etc.
There is a reverse of abandonment issues. Like maybe commitment issues too..
I really dont think the Libra guy will give up. As mentioned, he is the magnet.. people approach him, especially his target interest. He just gives subtle suggestions.
If you look thru' other threads, some of them will do the hot cold thing to try to mentally confuse the other party.. also moreso because they're confused themselves.
Oh, and no matter what, no relationship, friends will still do..
