They literally have a one size fits all approach for everything. No flexibility in answers. Its like "buzzwords" at an interview. Are we examining humans or robots nowadays? This attitude paves the way for fraudsters in all walks of life. Ain't exactly difficult when we aren't looking for something specific. "Just copy after me, say this and that and you'll be fine". LOL! Really?! (Not saying I haven't been there and had to do this)
Now I remember why I couldn't wait to leave school. So much rigidity. Each and every human brain/mind should be embraced in its own uniqueness in order to allow it to operate to its full potential. You cannot box the mind up into one category and have a diverse society, operating to its fullest-in cohesion. There are too many spanners in the works to allow free growth, individually and collectively.
