Funny replies 😛

Okay, well, personally, I try to get as far away from people as I can when I get stressed out because I tend to have this thing called a "hair trigger" as far as my temper is concerned when I'm stressed. So usually, I go in my bedroom and shut the door, and do one or all or any combination of the following: burn incense and candles, listen to a cd which reflects how I'm feeling (Marilyn Manson still does it for me when I'm in a really angry mood...don't worry, it actually makes me *less* angry. lol)...but usually I put on relaxing music like DMB or "Rock Spectacle" by the Barenaked Ladies (suprisingly, a very mellow and well-done live album!). Anyway, to avoid snapping at people when I'm stressed, I try to avoid them, and if I can't avoid them, I just don't talk.

OK...so, it is all true up until the part where "I have to hit them"...

I meditate, burn incense...listen to music, unless even that makes me feel sensory overloaded...when that happens, I take an aromatherapy bath by candlelight and sip a glass of wine as I recline in the tub!

Stress is an every day thing for most..so, I try to be realistic...eat healthy, (lately that is!), drink plenty of water, exercise regularly and all that other jazz...
I love yoga and used to do it regularly, but, for some reason, I let it slip away from my daily routine...I really need to reinstate yoga into my life...
Then maybe my sanity will return!
