Does your draconic birthchart affect...?

Affect your western birth chart? For example, I have a Leo moon and it coincides with my geminian trait for communicating. But in my draconic birth chart I have a scorpio moon...which I haven't realized until I checked my draconic chart.

So when I get angry my Leo moon gives me courage to speak my mind and I can articulate my own anger with a heavy dose of acid. It has always hurt the people closest to me and my family says I am very rude when I try to speak my mind (I tend to open my mouth more when I'm forced to shut it).


What purpose does the Draconic chart serves an individual? I've been reading up on astrology recently because I'm trying to figure out where my life is currently heading to.
