Moon in Cancer, Sun in Taurus

I’ve been attempting to gain a deeper understanding of moon signs. I thought my boyfriend’s Moon was in Gemini (he won’t tell me his birth time, long story), but it never seemed to fit very well.

I redid his natal chart and low and behold, the moon sign changed mid day on his birthday. He’s likely a Cancer moon.

Can anyone tell me more about how these men act in relationships? His other placements are Sun Taurus, Venus Taurus, Mars in Virgo.

I'm pretty self-aware in general. I just need to shut the hell up and distance myself a bit until it passes. It usually doesn't take that long for it to pass. My ex knew when I was in my moody phase and would leave me alone to sulk
