alittle backstory...a month or so ago my brothers would go on jogs together, sometimes alone...and one time all 3 of them went together, and they came back creeped the fuck out and they told me that while they were on their walk, this guy in a brown hoodie appeared infront of them out of nowhere but on the opposite side of the road walking past them...the thing that creeped them out was they said something to him and he just kept his head down and kept walking(he had his hoodie on so they couldn't see him), and they just described this uneasy feeling they all had when they saw him..pretty weird right?

well today i hadn't had a chance to go on a jog, so i decided to fuck it and just do it out in the dark. so im walking along the road putting my headphones in looking straight forward-everything is normal at this point. i then blink for not even a split second, and i see this man walking under the streetlight, hoodie on, head down. normally this wouldn't have meant anything, but the man literally came out of fucking nowhere, there was nothing around that he could've hid behind that i wouldn't have seen..and he was no more than 5 ft away when i first saw him, and i didn't even hear the dudes steps prior to the appearing out of god damn nowhere, still at that point, i wasn't creeped out...until after he walked past me, i dont know why but i just felt the urge to get another look at him, i turn around and he is nowhere in sight..not even 10 seconds had passed after he walked past me. so at this point im scared shitless and i decided theres no way in hell im going to finish this, so i immediately turn back around and start jogging they way i came(same direction the dude was walking) and i still did not see him again. still dont know what the FUCK just happened, but i needed to get this off my chest.

if anyone else has some scary stories, please do tell 😄.

also, this is not the first weird experience i've had, the first was when i was about 16. it was like 3 AM one morning, and i had woken up, and i was under one of those thermal blankets(yknow, the kind that has tiny holes in em) so im under this blanket and im just staring through the holes falling back asleep...and all of a sudden i see a man figure walk across the foot of my bed(this thing was ATLEAST 5'5ft). my dog was also at the end of my bed, but asleep...so i saw this and immediately got goosebumps and hairs stuck up all over my neck and arms, at first, i assumed it was my mothers boyfriend in my room for some reason and i thought to myself"the fuck is he doing in here", so i yanked off the blanket....i look around and no one was in there..i then look on the side of my bed and i see my door wide open and my pitbull(other dog) sleeping next to my bed..to this day i dont have the slightest clue as to why i thought this...but when i saw my pitbull sleeping...something clicked in my head and i just told myself "oh...it was just him", then laid back down and fell asleep( i know, it makes no fucking sense..i have no idea what i was thinking). the next day i woke up and had no memory of it,until 5th period that day..i had my head down and was falling asleep, and all of a sudden i remembered what went down and immediately i raised my head up and thought to myself" woa....wtf....that makes no sense....that was definately not the dog....wtf....who the fuck was that....what the fuck was that" i was flippin shit,that weekend i stayed at a friends house cuz i was terrified to sleep in that room

Damn "west" those were some weird ass stories brah...i don't have any

Looks like what amethyst2002 said is the cherry on the cake, that meaning I believe your stories and I have one too, that happened downsouth (NC) when I was about 10 or 11.

It was nighttime, everybody was in the house (my grandparents house) and for some reason me of all people I decided to go pull the shade up. Next thing you know I'm running scared talking about I saw a lady with a cork in her eye on the porch! My grandparents didn't seem to be phased but it was a ghast looking woman with one eye and a cork in place of the other. Scared to death but curious, I went to take another look and without a trace it was gone.

That's my one and only experience, which makes me now wonder had I lived down there, might there have been others?

Man this story is weird also...U know i was thinking that all this could have something 2 do with SLAVERY which was so prevalent in the SOUTH back in the day and it still is actually, It's just taken on a different form.
