Are pisces men the type to lead on women?

Seeing this pisces guy, but he is "friends" with this girl (not sure what they are) who is madly in love with him. He considers her a friend and they hang out as friends with other people and they have a trip together (not sure if it's just the 2 of them) which he told me about.
I found out though just days ago through a friend that they had sex before.
Should I just avoid this guy? Or should I still give him a chance? He has introduced me to his family and a few friends and he has met some of mine. He treats me nicely but now I cant really tell. I feel like im just too old to waste my time on someone who isnt sure or is not sincere thats why I want to know.
Seems like he has been straightforward with you so far, so why doubt him?
