Criticising a Person - Weakness?

If you criticise the person and not the situation, then you probably try to put them down, which shows that you fear them and make an pre empitive strike.

Or just seek approval from others and choose people as victims.

In either case, it's a weaknes.

Oh, but, Haffo .. you know how people are .. if one talks about the subject matter, the person you're talking to takes it personally and THINKS you're talking about them.

Not everybody gets objectivity like Pisces ..

They will take it personally if it's not a constructive criticism.

Haffo, I think people in general don't understand the intention. If something is said, or a question is asked as to why they did something, people automatically take the position that they are being attacked .. when in reality, the aim is for the person to grasp their role in the situation so they can better comprehend WHY it took place.

In every situation, there is never one side .. people don't like that there is any side, view or angle, except their own .. so, if it's pointed out with the purpose of getting the other person to better understand themselves, so they can better understand the situation .. they think it's a personal attack and then come back to critisize on a personal level.
