I drink vodka, but i'm not a pisces. The pisces i have known don't really mind confiding in others, a cancer friend is often a good listener, he'll forget his troubles to be there for you. 😉 Look around and find someone. Just avoid drugs and all that bullshit, i have seen enough of that.

All those stress eating,drinking,etc. methods don't work in a healthy way and can be more addictive if you do it out of stress.Figuring out what the source of it is and working on that is the most effective way of getting over it.Or look for healthier alternatives to get your mind off it,being as you are a pisces shoot for escapism through maybe art or like maybe a video game or a book or something.At least for me focusing on working to keeping myself busy around the house or at work usually works better than anything else.

There is something that you can do and it works very, very well - before you go to sleep in the evening, write in a journal (go and pick out a special one for YOU) 5 things that you are thankful for during your day. Right now, you do possess all you need to be genuinely happy. By doing this it brings to your awareness of all you have. You are now creating a Gratitude Journal.
Examples: Breakfast in bed a beautiful flower a tender kiss a smile from a stranger hearing children laugh thunderstorm freshly baked cookies the warmth of the sun on your body listening to the ocean your beauty your friends a phone call perfect health being able to breathe
There may be days when it will be a bit difficult to find something to be grateful for but it is there....your world will begin to change.

You are right...I think thats the best but also the hardest way to deal with sadness. Usually when you are sad you tend to ignore the source of sadness though...at least until you are emotionally prepared to face it again.

Because then they will most likely to look for fun elsewhere. We all have problems. The problems doesn't always happens by our choise. But our smiling face is "our choise".
