I've have had the same experience with my Piscean. Unfortunately, he could not express his feelings for me. He would stop calling me for days with no explanation.
Are they afraid of falling in love? Maybe, but I believe that many Pisces men would rather have a brief fling than an honest relationship. They are very undecisive and easly distracted.

What you are describing does not seem to be simply a Piscean male trait...it affects men of other signs also! Aquarius is one...Gemini another...I know a Libra male (we are friends only!) who prefers to buy sex! (hookers) over having a real relationship! (How weird is that!?)
This I know, My Piscean Step-Father fell in love with my Libran Mother (who had three little ones from a previous marriage)...He told her he loved her, married her, and has been with her ever since...No game playing...
They are still a happy couple...she has her issues...but, they are deep-seated and he is very tolerant!!!
