As far as I know Pisces 'rules' the 12th house but that does not mean that the constellation Pisces was 'in' the 12th house at the time of your birth.You have say the Sun,Moon,Mercury,Jupiter in Pisces but in the fourth or fifth house or cusp between the two at the time of your birth.The fifth house is ruled by Leo I think governing self-expression.

At the time of your birth,the Sun was in Pisces but also a differnt sign was rising into view on the horizon,thats your rising sign.The wheel of houses starts at this point.It is a bit baffling but if you think about it and look into it will come clear to ya after a while
