How to act with this lady

Hii.. i am a leo..before 3 weeks i met a new girl..shes my friends best friend..i hang out with my frinds alot but last time i saw this lady she did lots of things that made me feel like she have a feeling for me .. she kissed my hand..she huged me and touched me a lot and while we are all with our friends she tried to set very close to me her sholder was infront of mine.. while i play in her hair she adores it and she said that she memories things about me and lots of signs happends also.. my issue is this lady she is taken but she told me that something missing in her relation.. when she drive me back to home i told her 3 tomes that i want to tell her something but in her face expression i noticed that she dont want to hear anything from me and also she gave me the silent pause.. so i told her ok then you are not ready to her what i want to say ok i will not tell you...

1. How to attract her and how to act i dont want her to feel that i am easy to get

2. Why she refused to listen to what i want to say (((btw i was aiming to tell har that i feel something for her ))

3. How to act should i ask her about her feeling or wait until she talk and why if she have a feeling she dosent talk to me

4. Why shes taken and she did all of this for me

I am sure shes not playing to take my attention but i dont know how to describe this ..plus i am wondring why when she meet she do things but when i go back home she dont call or text me ..whats she waiting for i really dont understand her
