Need advise 4 how to deal with a Taurus man

I'm a Pisces, he's a Taurus. He gets in theses moods where he's upset with me, won't tell me why. When he gets in these moods he barely talks to me, he's VERY standoffish, doesn't cuddle, gets upset if I try to show affection or just doesn't reciprocate. I'd rather argue than be ignored!!! Once I finally pull it outta him as to what's wrong (it's only thru messaging, cuz he won't talk to me in person) we go back n forth as to how he sees things & how I see things. I'm soooooooo not a jealous our possessive person, but he is.I get it and I'm willing to work around it. But thus last time, well right now, he's upset, idk why, he refuses to tell me, even thru messaging he keeps telling me (which is what he's said b4 if he's upset with me) "it's in my head, I hafta learn to deal with it". I tell him how crappy it makes me feel, him ignoring me, being distant, etc & he says he's not trying to hurt me. And after reading more about the Taurus make, I KNOW he's not trying to hurt me, but he is. He tells me it's something I'm just gunna hafta get used to. I don't know that I can. When things are fine, they're AMAZING!!!!! We are soooooooo compatible, sex is thru the roof, he's soooooooo loving!!!! But when he's in these moods he's soooooooo completely opposite!!! He won't even touch me, it's like it kills him just to talk to me too.
So I'm asking for ANY & ALL advise on how to deal with him when he's like this. I LOVE him to death and don't wanna break up with him, but I don't know that I can deal when he's like this, it's soooooooo hurtful!!!

I spot many mistakes in communication here, but let the Taurus board answer this one 🙂
They know best how they behave and how to approach them with issues.

Starpisceswar: Yeah.....I'm really afraid that breaking up is gunna be my only option 😭 that's y I'm on here, seeing if there's ANY advise that can help me thru this our get me to help him to wanna change or for me to learn to deal better....idk 😢 maybe I'm pushing for something that won't/can't work.

Ormas: communication....that's where my frustration comes in cuz i tell him we're never gunna work if he doesn't communicate with me, he says he'll work on it.....then when it happens again, nothing, this time now, he tells me I'm gunna hafta get used to it 😢 that's not cool or fair....I'm REALLY TRYING to be understandingto him being a Taurus, but I'm not sure if he's not willing to change or at least try that i can deal with it.....being Pisces I'm an emotional person & I especially hate feeling ignored! Ugh....btw, I did post on their board too.

I can actually relate to him, sort of. I get angry and upset over things that I know are stupid. They're things that I know I shouldn't get angry at and that others wouldn't....so, I can see why he'd say it's all in his head. I've also said, 'I have to work on this' and never could. It's because changing yourself is so hard. There was only one time in my life where I actually succeeding in changing and being a better person for somebody. I was motivated to do this because I absolutely loved him. He was supportive, though, and did a lot for me. Not to mention, he never got angry at me, so I really had no reason to be upset. So, perhaps instead of trying to push an answer out of him, leave him alone until he's ready to come to you, or say something supportive. Like, I'm sorry you're so upset and I know you want to change, though, it's hard. But, I'll be here for you because I love you. Unless you don't love him, then edit that part out. It's bestto be as patient as you can with this. Also, try to be a non-volatile as you can. Meaning, don't complain or whine to him about his or your problem and don't yell at him. He knows he has a problem, but he needs to feel motivated and loved to take that step. NEVER ignore any progress he makes. If he doesn't get upset at something he usually would...take notice. Tell him that you notice his efforts, even if he's not actively trying too hard. If you miss these cues and focus on the bad...and verbalize his problems to him, even though he's trying....he may get discouraged and stop. However, at the same time, he could be all talk and never end up doing anything about this, but once again, be supportive and maybe he can change. I know you /may/ want to feel victimized here and have your taurus feel bad for you, but at this point, you need to be a little selfless to get what you want. Be strong.
