Hi cuties!

I would really like to delve into the science behind astrological charts but I'm really ignorant.....can anyone recommend a book or two that can penetrate a fish brain?


Also I was curious about how anyone felt about crystals and gemstones regarding their metaphysical properties. I have a few for different purposes and I have to say that some have really helped her and there.....

I'm not really into the study of astrology from a scientific angle .. my interest comes into play by watching people's behaviour, their similarities, and then attempting to find common planets. So, my interest or research into astrology is backwards.

I find the trait >>> then look at astrology, rather than the other way around, which is >>>> read about the trait, and then placing it on the people owning planet.


As for crystals .. I meditate with them all the time, as well as, use them for other purposes. If you are embarking on a journey utilizing crystals for metaphysical properties .. then let me tell you something that you need to know .... 101 for empowering the crystal .. any crystal, gemstone .. any mineral.

A Generator !!!!!

Whatever stone you are using, McClure .. always make sure you have a generating quartz present. Even when you aren't using the crystal to resonate vibrations to you .. keep all your crystals in close proximity of a generator, to keep this energy flowing in your home, and life.

Have you seen a white/clear quartz that's shaped like a pyramid? The strongest, and most valued by Shamans are the ones with seven angled sides to form one point because that is the most powerful .. but, any generating quartz enchances, cleanses and empowers all other crystals, even if it only has 4 sides.

It's like the God of minerals.

I have a Smoky Citrine, for example, which is a quartz, and it is a tower quartz about 3 inches tall, which has 6 angled sides at the top to form a pyramid point (and eventhough it is a quartz, it still resides on the shelf with a clear generator, eventhough citrine never really needs cleansing because it, in itself, is a cleansing stone).

Anyway, my husband suffers headaches, terrible headaches ... and he can put this Citrine to his forehead and the pain is gone in about 10 minutes time. It's amazing !!!! It's gone, completely gone. He has taken every medication available for Clusters, Migraines .. he's even resorted to using sedatives to knock his butt out so he doesn't have to suffer. This Citrine absorbs pain into it, and it never has to be re-generated or cleansed (eventhough I do keep it generated with a clear quartz).

Also, your crystals will LOVE the moon, in any phase, but, especially a full moon, since this is the ultimate of sun reflection. The clear quartz, God, draws energy from the sun/moon as they work hand-in-hand with each other. Lay them out under the full moon!!!

Malachite !!!!!!


Man, this is awesome. Lay on your bed and hold a generator in one hand, a malachite in the other ... and focus on being high in the sky, flying, or standing on a tall mountain top, all the while you are doing this, concentrate on the "color" of the malachite, and the power of the generator. Stay focused on pulling yourself up, higher and higher, through the top of your head.

You can "feel" yourself begin to lift out of the top of your head. Don't worry, don't be scard ... let your consciousness be released of your body .... it's an amazing journey for your spirit to be free. You won't lose your way. Many people I know are afraid to leave their bodies because they think they won't be able to come back.

I did internet research for my stones, so I'm not sure how accurate all of my info is. I have a citrine as well, and I wear it to clear my head and inspire me creatively. I have a bloodstone that I use to calm my anxious nature. I have a beautiful green aventurine that is supposed to bring luck in games of chance as well as give my heart balance during meditation. I love my malachite. I read it was supposed to block negative energy as well open your emotions (dangerous for a Pisces, no?). And I have a small red tormaline that is for protection and to enhance love. Most of these are in the form of various jewelery pieces.....which I read have to be in open settings in order to come into contact with the wearer.


I do not have a clear quartz, but will be on the look out now! And I never knew that about citrine. I need to start using it because I am prone to migranes----but allergic to EVERYTHING! My friends joke that I am the world's most sensitive Pisces....could be!

Its so weird that you mentioned the malachite, because it is my absolute favorite...and just feels very powerful to me. I have never used it in conjunction with astral projection before, but I have also never attempted it either 🙂

I also would like to pick your brain about auras a little. Now I am not claiming to be able to outright see people's auras,but, the other night I was hanging out with a friend of mine (who has one of the purest hearts I've ever known), and I swear he became luminous to me. I was listening to him talk and I swear he got a little "brighter" if that makes any sense. Just curious on your take.
