You've been confused on how he feels. He tells you how he feels. And you want to know what WE think?

Let me tell you this. A cap venus is VERY cautious. They WILL NOT say something they don't mean. They are extremely choosy with whom they have as a partner and they will not just be with anyone. They'd rather be alone that with someone they don't feel it for.

So, if he tells you he loves you, you can bet on that.

I think with a cap venus, it means the same or at the least he's allowing himself to go further with the feelings. It's probably his way of feeling out whether she loves him back. Cap venus needs a LOT of reassurance if they go out on a limb, so I think he went out on the limb and now it's up to her to reciprocate. If she doesn't feel the same, it will be a long time coming for him to say it again or confirm that he actually does love her.

Im not a Pisces guy with that combo but a pisces woman,hopefully I can be of some help. Its difficult to give a full analysis without the rest of his chart,but I can give a general overview of the venus in cap( how it will behave will ofcourse depend on a aspects oand house position).

In a general sense,capricorn venus is one of the more reserved venus signs, we feel oh we can feel but we definitely do not act on it unless we are on solid ground,venus here is very discerning.Now put this together with pisces sun , it adds alot of solid foundation to pisces and gives a tougher nature.It is also very good in helping pisces take off the rose coloured glasses, he will likely not be easily swayed , he will look at the cold hard reality a lot more than other fish might , if your hoping to get to him to open up show he can trust you by your actions. Your words matter little to us if your actions dont match up , we are good at spotting that generally.Whatever you do dont say trust me, thats what little red riding hood into trouble... haha. In sum actions not words, although your a taurus so Impreaching to the choir here.

Personally , I think he likes you ,alot put might be scared to put it out there because hes still get to know you, in short to a degree I think he likes you , but from I can tell hes not sure completely. In time he will likely work it out in his own head, the best advice I could give you there is let him, we dont like feeling like something is not our decision.

Good luck , I personally find most earth signs very good to be around for a fish ( a lot of my friends are fire earth types). I find theres a lot of honesty when Im around earth sign and I dont have to worry about second guessing things. Fish sometimes needto get out our own heads, but we still need time to think things, we really value people who give us time to come to our own conclusions .
