I have never been a fan of mars really. . . He was always a rather rash god. . . I'm more a minerva type. . .
Mars the god hasn?t got a good reputation lately. Originally he did represent nature, growth, fertility etc. But later some clever human needed a warfare god; et voila: Mars got that part. I?ve always been a fan of Mars and feel that he?s been greatly wronged.
Dionysus, now that's a god I'd follow.
