Libra female here: I think 'see you soon' means 'feel free to invite me' in an indirect way and paving the way for you to do the inviting...
She is creating an assumption by saying 'see you soon' but cannot cross the 50/50 line e.g. equal sharing of the easy bits (creating awesome moments) and the crap bits (going through the trouble of sending a risky invite).
'Seeing you soon' also means 'whatever I am doing right now bears no reflection on you & me'.

Well, I saw the spell comming much like you are now and instead of falling under it, I acted like I was and now she is falling under mine. Fight fire with fire. Libra ?.. Thanks for the info ??.. if Aphrodite didn't want to see me she could come up with a number a very good reasons or excuses or just let me know by her actions. I?ve been introduced to best friend who could not conceal that I had been topic of conversation between them at some stage. Given that Aphrodite can ?see me coming a mile off' I need to maintain the honest and real approach—— I know that she is a little un-nerved and intrigued how I can understand her so much and so quickly. What about ?If I don't hear from her, send 12 long stem red roses with hand written poem (not over the top) on 14 Feb. Too much, late, soon? Or am I just missing a message??

She has me confused because I know that she has the body languages thing worked out and even thought we have had hours of really stimulating conversation where we covered lots of intimate stuff I still haven't got past her Libra ?fire wall'. I second guess every thing that is said or done, new experience! Relationship info is tactfully avoided. She comes when I call but on her terms ??.. This is as much fun as you can have without sex!!!!

Well, I have te bennifit of this girl being really foreward in expressing her attraction to me, which helps a lot because it provides the motivation each way for us to keep trying to figure each other out. It is a lot like you described, makes time when she wants to but I act the same way with her. there is a good chance here I think but it seems like with this combination nothing is cirtain.

If I (as a Libra) knew FOR MYSELF (not because you had convinced or tried to influence me) that I liked you and wanted you to like me too then in principle flowers are awesome.
The fact that you've been discussed is excellent news, it means a desire to hear herself speak about you outloud.
HOWEVER, do don't the roses. Way too sticky... Always keep your aloofness in order - until she has made her feelings very VERY clear, be it words or hints or a dance or a smile. We also need to do some of the conquering, we are also Librans. Give her the space and room to show her feelings and time needs to pass for her to feel and feel and feel and dare to feel some more...

It may not be easy to understand if you're not a Libra but if someone serves himself as mashed potato, basically, then what do you want me to do? Take him on, have him propose? He needs to be strong and manly and desirable and wanted by all the other girls and all that, and then some. And I want to feel longing and that I have to prove myself (=feels good) and go beyond my confort zone and do my very very best to get him. LOL...
Only then is there a sense of accomplishment.

OK ? Hi to all, it has been a very interesting read so far. I am Libra/Scorpio cusp (23/ Oct 1960@ 09:15) and have encountered Aphrodite (Libra woman). First time with Libra and very different for this Libra man. She knows all the moves, gestures, body language and subtle actions that have served me so well in my past. She is an impressive master of the art ??. No surprise in that!!
Had a very brief pass September 05 (I noticed her) and had no contact until a few weeks ago, when at a conference (interstate) we spotted each other and had an instant connection. Conference on the day, organised drinks, invited to group dinner with her work colleagues. We analysed each other and assessed all the people around us while maintaining our obligation to interact socially. Drinks after others had gone and went to a bar, talking all the time about everything in life, until 4 in the morning. I honestly told her any thing she asked; as did she (I am confident). I asked her for dinner after we got back to home base.
Next week sent her 1x orange rose with red tip (seemed happy with the rose) inviting her to dinner at my place that same week, she rang, offer accepted, she arrived looking ?.. well just perfect. I prepared seafood dinner (her favourite) on the balcony, music and conversation for 4 hours until she departed following phone call from daughter. I said ?good night' at the table and followed her out just in case she wanted to do a runner. Half way across the car park she slowed, stopped, turned and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
Her space for week then emailed ?like to catch up for a pre Christmas drink?. OK and lunchtime drinks with very busy woman. She greeted me with a kiss on the cheek (nice) and after a few hours best friend arrives, couple of hours later best friend's husband is summoned to driver home. Invited to go with them, collected her daughter on the way. After she and daughter left, so did I.
She is out of a relationship for last three months. Gone holiday OS, possibly with EX bf. Not a problem if she is happy. Have had a few text messages while on the move and at the appropriate time she finishes with ?see you soon?. OK ??.Next move is give her space.
