Maybe a better way to describe them so people don't get butt hurt about the elemental descriptions would be to say what there positive attributes are that people admire haha. Although, I must say you will eventually be more interested in what they struggle, which is what lildol expressed so concisely outside of her own element of course -_- Which would be: materialism, greed, fear...

Anyways positively this is what I'd say

Fire = Initiative and Courage; Confidence and Strong Leadership abilities

Air = Communicators/Connectors of the Zodiac; Objective and Impartial

Water = Feelers of the Zodiac; In touch with the feelings and vibes of all around them; Intuitive

Earth = Builders/Producers of the Zodiac; Providers; Ambitious; Structure and Rule Oriented

air signs depend on "how u deal with them" or handle them, take care of them (they need the management, they cant do that themselves) treat them with grace and best manners. more u keep things light around them more they get excited.. dont b a downer, over dramatic. stop jumping to conclusions or accusing, taking comments personally when they weren't intended as such, or being too serious all of the time. " never burden the air or it will just disappear"

fire signs depend on how u behave with them, how u perform (they need a show) be lively as much as u can, give warmth, please them, break the ice.. just lit the fire!


water signs = (need a lot of brainwork, this water flows in thoughts) so they depend on how u understand them. dont try to change or teach them just understand. let the water of minds flow by.

earth signs = a great supply of dedication, commitment, support ( they need something to stand on, the

foundation) a lot of hardwork for u,, one really has to dig the earth.
