If you were in a relationship in which if you didn't obey your husband, he will beat you ...... so, you obey him and therefore in his eyes, this makes you a good wife.
If your boss told you that if you didn't do something he wanted that you would be fired, so you did it .... does this make you a good employee?
If your child does what you tell him to do without ever explaining to him "why", so he won't face restriction ... has he really learned right from wrong?
If the only reason you pray and seek Jesus is because you fear punishment in hell ... does this mean you have a good soul? Or does it mean your soul is afraid?
Afraid? Like the wife who obeys, the employee and child .. does that make it good, does it make it right?
Do we really drive the speed limit, and sober because we don't want to harm another human being ... or, do we do it because we FEAR being punished by law?
Living in fear, and responding from the intimidation of fear IS your soul's hell .. right here, right now .. and there is no redemption no matter how much you pray, so long as this praying is done because you are reacting from this terror.
If you had never heard of Hell, if you never knew there was a Satan in which causes evil in the world ... would you still be a lamb and pray for forgiveness?
If the answer is "yes", then I have another question:
Forgiveness of what? Save you from what?
The souls Hell is right here, right now .. as you live everyday in "fear" of what might happen to your soul.
In revelations is alludes to every soul being saved. In the scriptures there is no mention in either Testiment of a "Rapture". The Rapture is just something a man made up ... it's not said anywhere in the Bible that this event is going to take place.
It does say that every soul will be saved, regardless .. so, if every soul is saved, then there is nothing to fear. Yet, fear of Hell is what you do everyday .. so everyday, you are already living in Hell.
"Forgive them Father, they know not what they do."
39 And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear me for ever, for the good of them, and of their children after them:
40 And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me.
