Confusing scorpio man
Hello ... I understand, the same thing happens with an ex-girlfriend of mine .. the years go by and there is no way to let go of us but we also can not be together, anyway ... according to what I read this is due to the connections in synastry when venus does aspects to pluto of the other person. Surely some personal planet of yours is touching its pluton with some aspect. These aspects generate obsessions, pluto with venus it becomes impossible to let go, and that they can not return maybe something of a neptune, poorly aspected Saturn.
Here is your clarity:
You are now 33 years old and have chosen to spend the last ten years ‘on and off’ with a man who is only offering you ‘on and off’. If you’re happy with this then please continue as you were for the next ten years or more.
However, if you are not happy with this arrangement then I suggest you have a good think about what it is you want from your life and picture how you would like it to be.
If you want a more settled relationship with this man that is not ‘on and off’ then I suggest you state your terms to him. If he wants the same thing then great. You can proceed to build on your last ten years and enjoy the next ten years in a loving, stable, and enjoyable relationship (if he and you can provide this for each other etc).
If he isn’t prepared to offer you a relationship then you need to walk away and find someone who does want to offer you a relationship.
For example, if you wanted to buy a red car and only wanted a red car then you wouldn’t settle on buying a blue car. Why compromise on your relationship when you wouldn’t compromise on something less significant such as a car.

Ten YEARS on and off?!!!
Anyways that Saturn square Venus looks harsh but I need to look at an actual synastry chart instead of placements... Doesn't help you don't have his time of birth to see how you affect him.

I have had a relationship with a Scorpio like engaged to marry types.
They are very demssnibg emotionally, if the needs aren't met they just resent
Forgiveness is something that don't come go Scorpios naturally.
I would suggest if you can, move away.
More than likely it's him who keeps coming back to you rather you going to him.
This is about control and risk averse attitude many Scorpios have.
I'm a Scorpio and I did the same with my Scorpio ex for 5 longs years on and off.
I was able to let go when I found someone else to forget the Scorpio.
He still Keep a coming back occasionally just to check how am I doing and all that but I have learned to resist him.
