I just read your message on Aq. and I apologize for not understanding. I was not aware that you have A.S.! I am a nurse and I recently experienced my first A.S. patient on Monday. Funny thing is I have a BSN with a minor in psychology and I was totally unaware of A.S. until this patient presented in the ICU. I found it odd that A.S. patients are not well represented in the medical community!
What do you think about that? Do you find yourself having to explain your condition to doctors and nurses?

Yes, Scorpio Babe! Growing up was a nightmare because I really WAS a "misfit". I DO have to explain my condition and that doesn't make it any easier. I'm not cut out for parenthood, and marriage is questionable. I even had a dream I married an "aspie doctor"! Would you believe he was an aspie who dedicated his life to helping himself and others with A.S.? He was also a sensitive Scorpio who loved Virgos like myself because he could trust them.

I know that it must be quite difficult to be misunderstood but that certainly doesn't make you a "misfit"! And who says that you are not cut out for marriage or parenthood? I believe, with all of my heart, that if we want something bad enough-we can find a way to be successful at it! Well,well, well. Sure is a fine thing to come across a site full of Scorpions and our admirer. Hmmm... SEX BELONGS TO SCORPIONS. It's like we created it. What a bloody sad life. I have to agree with the post above. It may not be your sex-life that is making you miserable, it could very well be what you are feeling deep-down inside, emotionally! I am a Scorpio woman-and I, like you, sometimes find myself having a hard time connecting with others. Sex-is the easy part-we Scorpions have little problem in that department (except-maybe not getting it often enough!)-lol!-The problem comes into play when we try to open ourselves up and let down our guard! I struggle with this one, myself, in every relationship I have! Many say that Scorps are secretive...I think that we are only trying to shield our hearts from any possibility of incoming pain.
