It's been 6 months since I split from my Scorp ex, who incidentally went back to HIS ex and is still with her.
We did not part on good terms at all, mainly due to the fact he was still sleeping with me while getting back with her. I wasn't exactly best pleased when I found out and his name has been dirt to me ever since. I was admittedly rather upset at the time however with time, and the realisation that he's a total dick and what was I thinking, I got over it.
So what on earth would possess him to text me "Hey how are you doing?!!!x"
Now I deleted his number ages ago so initially was like who the hell is this. Text back saying sorry who is this don't recognise number. He replies with —I must have got the wrong number then?? so I reply —No problem it happens!?? and that's it until an hour later when he texts again —Yeah. I don't think I??ve got the wrong number. You just must have deleted mine??_..never mind?? so by now I'm like eh who is this?
So I say —Look are you sure you??ve not got the wrong number, I??ve had this a lot lately. Or if you??re sure you know me why not just tell me who you are— and shortly after he texts his name.
So I'm a bit shocked at this point. I just say —eh you??re the last person I??d have expected to text what do you want— and he says —Nothing, was just thinking about you and wondered how you were.??
I probably should have just stopped right there but instead I said I was good thanks and how was he (out of politeness more than anything else not that I owe him shit) and he then says —not bad, what are you upto tonight—
Eh so at this point I don't reply, and never will.
He's obviously up to something. I'm not biting though, or playing.
"Scorpios stubbornly cling to emotional attachments" quoted from my horoscope app. The statement rings true and sticks in my brain because of just how true it is. We never forget people we once cared about (esp in that way). He probably was honestly just checking to see how you're doing. *smh* My scorpio exs do it from time to time also. Even though neither one of us would get back together.
My curiosity got the better of me initially but no, I will not be replying.
I feel zero for the guy and have moved on.
Just think he's got a cheek, plus I can't imagine his girlfriend being very happy about him texting me. Why he even still has my number is beyond me.
Good luck to his girlfriend if that's his game.
