Has anyone read the book, Why Men Love Bit__hes?

I read it and it is really a good book. The Author was featured on Oprah I believe last year.

It is not at all a nasty book about mean women. It is, however an empowering book that teaches women not to be doormats but dream girls. It teaches us to stand up for ourselves and to not set ourselves up to be misused by anyone, in a foxy kinda way!! Read it ....I really learned alot. I read the Attraction Principals at the back of the book as a refresher from time to time. My favorite pricipals are:

#6 It is your attitude about yourself that a man will adopt.

#9 If the choice is between her dignity and having a relationship, the cookiemonster will prioritize her dignity above all else.

AND FOR ALL THOSE WHO LOVE SCORPIOS:
#68 In the beginning, the only thing you need to pay attention to is whether he keeps coming around, because he'll only be able to suspend or hide his emotions for so long.

#98 Be an independent thinker at all times, and ignore anyone who attempts to define you in a limiting way.

Sounds like a good read--but the title may sway others. If it's not bawdy like the title than why not name it something else?

It stands for Babe In Total Control of Herself. I know the title sound a little harsh, but it is really a good book. I recommended it to my young adult nieces since they are seriously dating and setting the scene for possible long term relationships. I don't want to see them struggle with relationships...I want them to be empowered.

A great book and a MUST read for ALL women out there. Wish I had read it years ago.

This book is soooo good that I read it twice! One cannot have too much knowledge. 😉

Hello. I bought the book the day before yesterday and YES it is a great book and makes a lot of sense. I've started to apply it already. I also made me realize some of the wrong turns that I have made in past relationships.

Now...another great book to read is.....HE JUST ISN'T INTO YOU....unfortunately, I am unable to recall the author's name but I do know that it was written by two of the writers on Sex in The City...and...it makes PERFECT sense!!!!

Parallax...I ran into Parallaxita's twin brother, Paralaxitive in the book store line....he was telling me all about how his see-ster was gonna be smarter than before because of a book she had just bought. Interesting.

I agree whole heartly, a good relationship has to be 50/50. I love women who think , who will give and take with you tit for tat. Give me a woman who stands up for her self any time. I know I need to be put in my place ever once in awhile.
