I am going nuts

I have been dating this scorpio man for close to two years.He is driving me nuts.When we are together it's like heaven on earth, but then we go through periods of fighting and ignoring eachother.The thing is, no matter how bad we fight or how long we ignore eachother he always seems to crawl back.I have been very forgiving but i can't take it any longer.I want someone i can be sure of, who will make me feel safe, comfortable and do things my way once in a while. (it's not because of the sex because we had sex after more than a year and a half and things were the same even before)

Any advice to what i should do?How can i tell if he is serious about his feeling towards me?

He likes to lash out on me that i don't have enough initiative in our relationship and when i do(make plans for us), he blows me off and i lose my temper and go off on him.He also isn't very communicative and that pisses me off.

that's a bit strange. i know gems get a bad rep but as a scorpio with gemini rising i tend to get along with them and find it easy to communicate with gems. one of my gemini ex is psycho tho he's still trying to get back together years later and have been trying to mess up all my relationships. can't get him off my nuts -____-

anyway op, sounds like you're gonna have to be firm with him and put your foot down. scorpio men looooove to lead they are very dominant yet sensitive so the smallest thing can irk him and he might withdraw for a bit. let him take the lead,make him feel secure but at the same time be firm about your needs and demands. hope this helps!

It' s funny, i used to do that at beginning at the relationship and stood my ground and put my foot down and he was constantly "swaying".It was only after that i started giving him more control that things started getting more serious relationship wise.

I can see the powerplay - it's fairly common with Scorpio suns and Scorpio moons when things get to an emotional level (I went through something similar for a while).

You are not the weaker link (although it might feel that way sometimes). You need to talk things through with him and get a clearer picture for yourself. Make it clear to him that you need to be 100% sure of his intentions.

If he does not wish to explain things to make it clearer, or if he does and it's not something you want, WALK AWAY.

I don't know his moon.Like it's powerplay down to even the most basic things.We're both so stubborn and want it our way.I think i will try a "make or break conversation" and see how it goes.From what i know, i'll get no clear response and will have to wait until he feels like talking.

This sounds similar to a lot of problems women have with scorpio men. Sigh. I know how you feel. It is very frustrating, but hard to walk away because of the feelings you have for the person.

My question to scorps is'--I'd it better to just remain silent after a scorp says he isn't ready to talk or is it better to be nice here and there and try? I've heard conflicting advice on this.

He was dating other people while he claimed to be into me, he never wanted to claim me because one minute he was all for me the next he was all for his "friends" and he when argued he would say hurtful thighs that made me not want to initiate anything. So I stopped initiating. Then when I stopped he saw that has a way to play more games and a power struggle so he would initiate then stand me up. After some time of that I just started to expect he will cancel and I would say yes to his plans but have other plans already in place because I knew he was full of it. Then when I wouldn't show on the days he actually showed up he would get pissed and wonder why I wasn't his lapdog anymore. Play with a Scorp and you'll be looking sad wondering wtf happened at the end of it. We will give you chances but if you keep up with the senseless arguing and power struggles we will back off and also sting you on our way out. Don't play games with a Scorp because we like to play and we like to win. Why initiate with soneone who can't have basic decency? No, we will move on and initiate with people who know how to communicate and won't play stupid games.

Are you a Scorpio? Because all of these games you just described are pretty much exactly what this Scorpio does to me, not the other way around. But of course when a Scorpio does it to someone else it's because they're protecting their emotions & testing to see if you're trustworthy & loyal. And that whole stinging bit is a bunch of bullshit lol Sorry but no. I've done revenge on an ex Scorpio fulling expecting the "sting" that never came. And he still to this day, years later, still talks to me (as a friend) Go figure.
