I don't understand this scorpio man? Frustrated

So here is the deal! This Scorpio sun sign, with a Scorpio in Venus- has just called his on and off 11 year relationship quits for good . He shares children with her.

I've liked this man for over 1 year- he knows I like him and he supposedly told our mutual friend that he is interested in me.

We have spoken maybe 3 times - no we don't know each other very well! I just know him from where I use to work. Last time we chatted he was telling me about his family and a little about his children.

I gave him my number, but he has not called yet! Our mutual friend, her boyfriend, him and I were all suppose to go to an amusement park together. She had to back out and the guy I like said if all of us are not going then I'm spending time with my kids. I understand that.

He's willing later on in the day to come over to my apartment so all of us can hang out but he won't go out with me alone. We had a good time talking alone or maybe I missed something.

When we talk he pays attention to what I say- he smiles- he flirts and that is what I don't get. Is he just taking me for a ride and playing on my feelings.

Assuming this is a serious post/question... No. In fact, it sounds like he is taking great pains to NOT give you (or anyone else) the wrong impression or hurt your feelings.

I'm sorry that I was not more precise with my post- this is indeed in fact a real question- so the next question is, does he even like me or seem to like me?

If I had to guess, I'd say starting something new is probably the farthest thing from his mind at the moment.

I agree with others -- a man with those placements -- if he was interested in you for more than platonic friendship, he would TOTALLY want to spend time ALONE with you.
