Is Scorpio guy playing me?

Hi Everyone,
About two weeks ago, I met a man online. We have not met in person yet, since he is on the business trip and won't be back till Sunday. He appears very discreet and does not talk much about himself. He never asks me anything about me either. I feel like I have to tell him a lot about myself without him asking. In one of his messages, he said he likes hearing what I do, you seem very driven :-) and yet he never asked me to tell him anything about what I do.
Is that a normal behaviour for guy? Does he want me to volunteer information on my own? What is really find frastrating, is that he has not asked me for my number. We already exchanged 15 messages. I no longer know what to talk to him about. Someone told me it is because he a Scorpio under the astrological sign. In one of my emails I asked him if he plays miniature golf, and he replied he never tried. I made a joke that know it is a good time to introduce him to the game. His repsonse was "I am willing to try new things so I would definitely try miniature golf 🙂" No mention of date or anything.
Is he just playing me? I am thinking emailing him a saying, "I enjoy chatting with you online, I would rather prefer talking on phone. Here is my number, call me if you want to know more.

Have to second this. Maybe he's waiting for you to get comfortable with him to share your no. Also instead of waiting for him to bring up a date, why not suggest casually that you guys meet? or mention in passing something like "ok, when we meet up, it would be fun if we played miniature golf"? You'll get your answers then.

Its just been two weeks so I suggest you keep talking till he gets comfortable.

What ZZZ suggested also seems like a good idea, try it.

When you feel he is sufficiently comfortable,you can suggest talking over the phone/meeting.

And just so you know,he is interested else he wouldn't be talking to you all this while.

In 2 weeks he would've asked more & talked more than 15 msgs total, that's averaged 1 msg a day, I have a male scorpio that likes me & he's gone out of his way to talk, call, & come see me, all from his pursuance...if any guy likes u believe me u will know!

A guy will make an *absolute spectacle* of himself *clamoring* to be with you, if he actually wants to be with you.

That's how it went with all the guys I've dated, at least.

Exactly! Scorpio men will let u know, my scorpio lives out of state from me & calls, texts & makes his presence known lol he even rented a car to come see me on a weekday when he had work the next morning, so I know from my present situation what a scorpio guy will do if he likes u, no games & definitely no guessing :-)

Maybe he is waiting to be more comfortable. From my exp. w/ Scorpios, if he was not interested at all, he would ignore u.
