Is this normal...

Well I would like to know if this is something you Scorps normally do. I posted a while back "Pisces wanting a Scorpio". Well the same Scorpio I posted about, I recently saw him again and this time I am single. He smiled at me and gave me a hug, which was really shocking since I thought he cut me off because he got so upset when he saw me with my a guy friend who is my best friend. In Manhattan. I found it really weird because he knew I was in a relationship and that we were just friends. Moving along after he hugged me he asked my why I don't contact him anymore, like it was my fault why we weren't talking, then he kept staring at me and telling me I look really good. When we got on the elevator together he stared me down with those Scorpio eyes and then told me to call him when he was getting off. What I want to do is do you guys cut off someone and then talk to them again? Also do you get jealous that easily. And should I even pursue him, I feel an attraction to him, but I am also scared of that attraction.

You had a reason to cut him off, not this scorp I'm dealing with. But now he wants to talk again.

@Gp- He don't have my number anymore, I have his also he left up to me to contact him. I guess because before he use to contact me a lot and I never really got back to him all the time or sometimes I was vague but that's because I was in a relationship.

All that commitment phobic Article made me do was think about my EX Aries and I hate his guts.

@ SC -I never let him get what he wants. I guess that's why he likes me.

@WOF- When I was with my Aries I didn't really talk to the Scorpio. When I first met him he came on to me but it wasn't like Oh can I get your number. He asked me about School, and work, and what kind of career I want to pursue in the future. Then he asked If i was in a relationship and I told him yes but I don't mind knowing him as a friend because he seems nice and also I am new to this area and don't really know anyone so I thought hey a new friend where I live why not. After that he contacted me all the time but again we only talked about life. After he started flirting and i let him know that's not cool with me because I am with someone which he knew.

@ WOF- Yes you are right, I felt an attraction to him when he first met me but I am really faithful so I brushed IT to the side and told him he can be my friend. One time he got upset and told me that I never make time to get to know him, I told him I was attracted to him but I can't act out on it. He still believes my friend he saw me with is more then just my bestfriend. When I tried to explain to him he said sure he is. Yes he turn me on just with his eyes staring at me and I'm afraid of that. Yes I will say I am interested in him in a romantic type of way, but I don't trust him he seems to friendly like I'm not the first girl he just starts a nice convo with also he's extremely handsome. And after the relationship with the Aries I feel I don't want to rush into anything I want to live life and I feel that Scorp would make me do just that rush into something with him. I am gonna take it slow with him. I find it funny when I am thinking about him he pops up.
