Male Sag with venus in Scorpio

and moon in pisces 🙂 What are they like? I met this guy few weeks ago and he's persistant, communicating with me few times a day, but we're not even dating (cause i keep postponing the 2nd date). yesterday he got mad and texted he feels i'm only cautious reserved and cold with him... when he realised he had hurt me, he apologized, and what an apologiy it was. He seems so sincere and soooo passionate and intense. And I'm venus in capricorn, so reserved is an understatement 🙂 And I'm not too experienced. I feel he sences that too. So why is he bothering?
