Not sure what to do about this Scorpio girl

So I'm not sure if she likes me as a person, if she's attracted to me or if she likes me at all. I caught her staring at me few times. When she passes me by, she turns back every single time and look at me again. I play it cool and act like I don't see it. Also when we're at school, she always finds something to ask me, although a bunch of people passes next to her before me. We don't even talk to each other, I just accidentally found out she's a Scorpio because I had some insight in documents in my class, but she knows about me a lot more than I know about her because I had a lots of public lectures and she's the most quiet one in our class.

She's somehow always around and I catch her looking in the way where I look, for example if I smile at someone she turns head to see who I'm smiling at, if I look somewhere, she turns head to see who I'm looking at. It happened a few times that we met each other unexpectedly so I started to wonder if it's destined for us to finally start talking. I just don't know if I should approach her or keep playing it cool and wait for her to do something (I know Scorpios like chasing).

Not too sure where you got the "Scorpio's like chasing" from, but okay, let's play. What I find interesting is the fact that in all this confusion you feeling because of her glances from a far you are doing the exact same thing. How else would you know she is turning her head all the time to see who or what YOU are looking at. Just as she hasn't approached you (which seems to be so confusing to you) you haven't approached her either. So, basically you are doing the same thing she is doing, but you are confused by her behaviour? It seems to me you know what you should do, however you came here because you needed a cheering squad first to tell you what to do: "Yes, approach her. Yup, Scorpio women like men that approach them". Sorry, we--okay not all Scorpio women--like to be "chased". Chasing suggests a cat and mouse game. Well she sure has YOUR attention and there is only one way to find out but first let's address this question?

Are you interested in this girl or are you just intrigued by what you think is her interest in you?

Because you have ignored her and turned away from her. It's irrelevant if Scorpio women like to chase, she may be trying to evoke some signs of life from you because she has not gotten you to physically approach her. If you are NOT interested keep ignoring her, she will find a new subject.

If you ARE interested, why would you want a girl to chase you, a guy? Why not just go up to her and introduce yourself or find some way to get near her and talk. If she is interested she is doing all the right things; subtly getting your attention. Based on your OP, this chick has put in helleva lot of time and effort to get your attention and you are scratching your balls. It's your move. Now you are suppose to find her alone (or if you are bold you will find her with her friends) and say, "Hi I'm Mindplayer, how did you like the symposium tonight?" Stop thinking and start doing.

What Phionix said the funny thing about balls is it goes both ways. If two people wants the other to have balls neither one shoots it into the hoop until whichever one of them figure out who has the bigger balls.
