Reminiscing

November 7th will be the one year anniversary of my Nephew (Kelvin) death. To date, sentencing for the murder is set for November 16th, the guy pleaded guilty to both murders. My sister told me I had to right a victims letter by the 16th which I have not started yet, because I know I will cry trying to get it written.

I am grateful that my sister does not have to suffer and never know who killed her son and can finally close this chapter of her life our famiily life knowing that this guy will be in jail for life.

Since my birhday is the 9th. My sister told me she is taken me to a have a spa day on the 7th. Me her and my cousin Ebony who her and Kelvin always considered themselves and brother and sisters. I know we will reminise, about Kelvin the whole time 🙂

On memory I have of him that is so funny was the time we all took her youngest son (Kalvin) and 4 of his friends and our neice(Niema)and 4 of her gfs to Williamsburg VA for the weekend for their birthdays.

That Saturday night we all was just hanging in the hotel room and was ready to sing happy birthday cut the cake and all that good stuff. Well after the singing of Happy Birthday I was sitting at the bar and Kelvin came over and smashed a piece of cake in my face 🙂 all on my glasses, everybody started laughing and I could not do nothing but laugh because he caught me totally off guard. I was mad for a sec but chalked it up to just having fun. 🙂

He always called me Aunt Vicky, but just before he was taken away he started calling me "My beautiful Aunt" and smile when he say it🙂 I will always remember and know that he was a very very special newphew that I knew without a doubt love me. 🙂

This is not a thread of sadness or sorrow just wanted to reminisce. 🙂
