I don't believe in any of that . You were either born with your sun in scorpio or you were'nt !! Just look at the person's entire birth chart to get a good indication of their personality. I usually look at the moon , venus , sun and rising signs.

According to astrologers, each sign is further broken down into subdivisions called decanates and each sign has three of them. Some astrologers also believe in the cusp aspect, and some do not. But, I have never read or heard of one who denied the decanates.
