Posted by KoniuchaA little bit I'm finding it interesting that Scorpio women have common traits and behaviors like the way you smile the way you talk, facial expressions etc. Now that I'm having the chance to spend time with this Scorpio woman who I've known for 20 years and I know a little bit about astrology. I'm seeing the emotional side come out of her, as I said I've known her for 20 years this is the most comfortable she's ever been around me.
Are you by any chance conducting an experiment?
Watching how she acts around other people and how she is around me its different the tone of her voice changes when her and I are alone in her office. What surprised me was the other day I could see it bothers her that the Cancer man she grew up with doesn't talk to her she feels hurt she doesn't know why he has stopped talking to her.
She will only be a friend but we will always be friends.

Ya I like the fact Scorpios understand us Cancer's but there are traits about Scorpios like the possessive trait turns me off.
Just Find yourself a hot Scorpio girl and be done with it. It's what you want

Argh the draw backs of working with a Scorpio is the panic attacks when they get that way they crank up the control freakiness, I kind of forgot about that ugly trait.
I get to the jobsite I ask her what in the h*ll was the panic about I wasn't a happy camper I think she knew I was a little annoyed, tree trunk me let go of the control yes things are not going as planned for this coming week but its going to work out. Scorpios can't handle change is scares the living butter out of them you Scorps seem to love routine.
I know what to look for when a Scorpio is in that panic state they are doing things to try keep their mind occupied I watched her today doing stuff she usually doesn't do, she was doing it to take her mind off of what ever was bothering her.
I don't think the terms " Just wing it " or " fly by the seat of your pants " is in a Scorpio's vocabulary, hell she was talking about stuff going on in her life she got stuff planned 1 month in advance hell I don't know what I'm going to do the next day. The first Scorpio I met was the same she had her life planned out had a day timer with what she was going to do a month later. How in the hell can somebody live such a rigid life style I work on the principle take it as it comes I guess its because Cancer's are a cardinal sign. My boss is a Cancer he's just like me adapt to change he's not scared of changing things.

What I delt with was a panicking Scorpio can I get mad at her? No I know damn well where that will lead me, I gave her the direct eye contact and asked what the panic was all about she started to back peddle pretty quick. She knew damn well she was just being a Scorpio, my boss and I roll with the punches its hard to get a straight answer out of each of us he's left me in charge of the project he's got lots of other stuff to take care of.
I don't have the option to keep the Scorpio out of the picture its two different companies the first Scorpio I worked with I tried to limit her involvement in operations, this new venture I have to deal with a Scorpio worrying about every minor detail. My ex boss was a Scorpio man he wasn't a very good leader he screwed up when things would get too much more screw ups happened.
I'm having deja vu with this second Scorp I don't know how you Scorps handle being stressed out this is the second Scorpio woman I'm seeing stress over every little detail. Do I get stressed sure I do but I deal with it I can adapt to make things work I've done it many times with this job I'm working on, my boss has made some unexpected changes I delt with it. I can really see Scorpios are black and white there is no in between for me I'm not black and white neither is my boss.

Well I can safely say the Scorpio I'm working with likes having me around she has somebody that understands her, she had a bunch of things go wrong and the day wasn't going well it was bad enough she wanted to cry. I got her talking she started to vent she felt a lot better I talked about the same situations I had, as with the other Scorpio I'm finding this one really likes it when you listen and be understanding.

Posted by KoniuchaI work for a construction company we provide services to the municipal dept the Scorpio works in, she's senior employee in the dept she works in so she's in charge she's a typical scorpio she takes on responsibility she likes to control things, when things don't go to plan it stresses her out.

Now she thinks that people hate her and she annoys people I got her off of that subject no no no we don't need to be going down that road. Yes I've heard lots of complaints about her I'm not going to say that to her ever from what I've observed its par for the course for a Scorpio to have people hating them.
I think I've opened up a can of worms here she's got somebody that understands her now she's talking about the stuff she's had bottled up a friendship that has gone from basic hello has gone to a Scorpio getting really comfortable and trusting.
