(Hello to the Scorpio board 😉 Long time, no stalk. Hope you all are behaving 😛 Pfft).

I need to read up on all of this placement stuff. I really don't get it. Yeah, sometimes I feel misunderstood by my reaction, but I own that because most of the time I simply haven't communicated my feelings very well prior to what some might consider "my moody response". Also, I often feel that people should just "get it". Like if you lie to me, expect I'm gonna be very pissed off and question your trustworthiness. Where others just think, "it was only a white lie. That doesn't make them untrustworthy". There are no "white lies" for me, a lie is a lie. I've done it and own it, but if I hold someone to that standard it is because I haven't lied to them, ever and expect the same. If it is someone I have lied to I could care less (but I still feel bothered--I know hypocritical) I guess that would speak to the "intensity" you speak of.

I can see where your response is coming from.

However, I don't exactly mean a situation such as lying (lying is alien to me; I don't understand it nor allow my surroundings to hold it). Like asking somebody to pass the ice and getting a completely out of the blue reaction that is dragged out over nothing. That's hypothetical by the way. 😛

Hmm, okay. Well yes. They seem to be trivial to others, but not to me, which is why people don't get it. I kind of have explosive rants and if I'm in one of my moods I rant, grunt, then isolate myself until they come to their senses . Hate to admit it, but I can be a bit of a brat when I'm in a mood.

I should add I reflect a lot. At meetings, with friends, I will just sit and take everyone in and listen (or on DXP read ). People have said I seem like I don't want to be there or I look like I'm not interested, but I'm just thinking. Yes, sometimes I am thinking WTF am I doing here? or Why are you all wasting my time with the BS (I hate when people waste time)? But more times than not I am simply listen and waiting to see if my input is even needed. I hate when people talk just for the sake of hearing their own voice, not my style . I also hate what I deem "unnecessary" chatter (saying the same sh*t a million times differently). So if it was said, or the point was made well enough, I stay quiet. No one seems to get it. Not even my friends, and we have been friends for about 15 years now.

This is going to sound random but does the influence of placements in your sign have anything to do with compatibility?

I'm bringing this up because I have some strong influences from Neptune and Jupiter chartwise and so does he (my fiance, a Scorpio - just noting because not sure if you remember why I'm pretty frequent here, lol).

Lastly, the other night I noticed his chart held a conjunction between his Moon and Mars (both Scorpio). I think this most definitely adds in as a factor to his quickness in emotion.. here's a description I've found:

I relate a great deal to the information provided for second decan and even the scorpio neptune. I'm misunderstood a lot but with time I came to understand why and don't hold it against people anymore. I don't move according to what makes sense on the surface and what's perceivable to the eyes of most. I'm at peace with life in its entirety, so I'm not one who sees the light as good and dark as bad, I'm good with all of it. It's all beautiful as far as I'm concerned. In my experience, pisces sun and water moons could be the most understanding of my nature, they just seem to get me better and quicker. Thanks sharing this info.

Actually I 'understood' the poem after being with Scorp. 🙂 And not just in a shallow explicit way, but rather the appreciation for the miraculous creation of everything about his being.. and the intense change it causes mine to undergo.
