So there's this guy...

We met recently when I started my new job. He asked to hang out. At first I thought it was just a friendly gesture but kept asking and seemed to be flirty (it's hard to tell because we are always around other co-workers). Then he asked for my number on Friday but he hasn't called. I'll admit I am interested in him.

Do you think he's interested in being more than friends? If he is, why hasn't he called? I can fill in the details of our interactions...I just don't know where to start in this initial post. Would love to hear any thoughts. Thanks!

Does that mean there's something obvious here that I'm obviously not seeing?

Guys have one tactic "to not call and make you anticipate" and you caved. It is a game you need to be aware of. It's Monday he didn't wait two weeks to call you. Don't butter where you make money. Clearly you don't know how to keep your cool and remain logical in a hunt and prey tactic.

He apologized on Monday for never texting back. He'd pulled all-nighters all week to meet a deadline and spent the weekend sleeping. I believe him.

So he's done with his project now and today was his last day in my department We still work for the same company but I don't know if I'll see him again (it's a big place). What do you think are the chances he will get in touch?
