Sounds to me like you're (OP) asking how often and how quickly can Scorpios figure people out ... ?
I say, it all depends... Some people are soo easy to read that you really can tell them what they're thinking and can see their vulnerabilities right away, others not so much.
I feel that at times I have become patient enough, that enough time around certain individuals whom are guarded, that I can eventually read them too.

The government could have actual proof of alien life and it wouldn't surprise me. I'd be like "You can clearly see they spliced human and animal DNA together in a laboratory to make it appear alien. "
